Liquwell is a patented material developed by our Company for the surface finishing of corrugated paper products (wellenstoff, fluting, liner), to be used during production in paper machines.

Liquwell can be applied both in a traditional size press or in a film press.

Liquwell is a brown liquid of 40-45% density, with a low viscosity of pH 4,5 ± 0,5.

Liquwell is added to starch by being fed into the main tank of the finishing device.

By the application of Liquwell you will be able to achieve the following results:

• increases paper stiffness (CMT, SCT, splitting)

• saves starch

• decreases paper weight

• single-sided surface finishing instead of both sides

• better feed on the paper machine, less tear due to higher total solid applied during surface finish

Liquwell N is the neutral pH version of Liquwell, for special needs. ( pH 7±0,5 ) Its other attributes are identical with those of normal Liquwell.
